This page provides access to the public versions of minutes of ALT's Board of Trustees and the ALT Assembly. In November 2011 the Board of Trustees decided 'that henceforth the unapproved (and subsequently the approved) minutes of ALT’s main committee meetings will be published on the ALT website, with the exception of any parts that are judged to require to remain confidential, with a suitable colour coding to indicate any material that should remain confidential'.

Minutes will be published initially in draft form which has been reviewed by the Chair of the Board of Trustees. Once a set of minutes has been approved (generally at the next meeting of the committee in question), the draft version will be replaced by the version approved by the Board of Trustees.
