ALT is governed by a board of elected and coopted trustees, who form the Board of Trustees. Much of the work of ALT is done on a pro-bono basis by the active members of ALT's Assembly. Supporting the work of our Members is a small and busy, distributed staff team.
Systems support: Freelance role opportunity
We were looking for a highly experienced professional with experience of administrating Wordpress and Drupal systems including managing data security and GDPR compliance. We were looking for an individual to work 1-2 days per week, over flexible hours, on a contractor basis.
- Experience of managing Google Workplace would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical staff are essential.
This role is home-based and no travel is required. Appropriate professional indemnity insurance and min. 2 references are required.

Our community grows more diverse as Learning Technology has become recognised as a fundamental part of learning, teaching and assessment.
Our charitable objective is "to advance education through increasing, exploring and disseminating knowledge in the field of Learning Technology for the benefit of the general public". We have led professionalisation in Learning Technology since 1993.
