ALT and Jisc joint webinar: co-design consultation

Registration is closed for this event
Update: This event is now complete but you can access the recording.

This webinar, run jointly with Jisc, will enable ALT members to engage with the ongoing consultation for Jisc's next phase of the co-design project. It will support support one of the six co-design six challenges on which Jisc are currently consulting: How we can use data to improve teaching and learning?

This webinar is a chance for the higher and further education communities to be briefed on what has been said about this challenge so far and give their input. Sarah Davies, head of higher education and student experience, and Ruth Drysdale, senior co-design manager, will give their synthesis of the consultation discussions and ask attendees to provide feedback and add any additional points.

Sarah Davies is head of higher education and student experience at Jisc. She has worked in technology-enhanced learning for more than 20 years and currently leads Jisc’s work to support learning and teaching in higher education. She has managed significant change and research and development projects in a number of areas of technology-enhanced learning, including digital literacies, learning environments, and assessment, and has also provided consultancy to universities in these areas.

Ruth Drysdale joined Jisc in 2009 and has since supported universities’ innovative use of technology to improve the student experience. Prior to Jisc, Ruth worked at UWE, Bristol and in IT departments for various commercial organisations.
