The theme for the Spring meeting of the ALT EMLT group is "Designing assessments for anonymous marking". This event will explore anonymous marking and how we need to think carefully about how assessment design has a key role to play in making this truly anonymous. During the event we will discuss why anonymous marking is a ‘hot’ topic in the learning technology community, where some of the issues around implementing this are, and how considering the assessment design is an important part of this process. As usual we would like to hear from our community about any experiences they would like to share on this topic. In particular, from those who already have anonymous marking or those looking to introduce this approach soon.
