This webinar will describe the University of Nottingham Online's journey in designing, developing, and implementing an online learning ecosystem. In particular, we will discuss how we formed an internal multi-disciplinary team, including pedagogic, technology and user experience experts, and partnered with external providers to go from zero to a working ecosystem in 12 months. We will discuss our vision of a learning ecosystem, how we co-created a set of requirements with our providers and how we embraced agile ways of working to implement the ecosystem. We will also discuss how we created a culture of cooperation and open discussion with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and how that culture allowed us to take risks, learn from errors and improve faster.
