Pathways to CMALT consultation

CMALT badge

Help us develop CMALT - ALT’s peer-based professional accreditation scheme for individuals seeking recognition for their skills and experience in Learning Technology.

Have your say and help shape the development of two new pathways to CMALT, one aimed at early career/entry level professionals and one for individuals who are engaged in research or have senior roles and more experience.

In addition to developing the new pathways we are also designing a more structured peer-based approach to supporting individuals undertaking CMALT independently or as part of a group.

Between now and January 2018 we are consulting you in an open consultation both face to face (for example at the the ALT Joint Committees meeting and at MozFest) and online.

In early 2018 we will be  piloting the new schemes and introducing the new support framework.

As part of this process, we are running two consultation workshops.

These consultation workshops provide an opportunity for you to:

  • Find out more about how we are developing CMALT

  • Share your views about CMALT and what is important to you

  • Discuss how we can better support the scheme and candidates in future

Join us for one of two workshops: the first workshop is on 15 November at 12.30 and the second workshop is on 28 November at 12.30.

Not able to make either?

We’ll be sharing the recordings and materials from the session so that you can contribute in your own time.

Also, look out for a further session during ALT’s Online Winter Conference and a special CMALT section in ALT’s Annual Survey. Or just share your thoughts with us on Twitter #cmalt or email cmalt@alt.ac.uk.

Keen to keep in touch?
