As part of our programme for #altcWinter21 we invite you to join in with all or some of the social activities that we have planned.

At 09:00 GMT each morning we will welcome you to the conference and give all delegates the opportunity to make a ‘conference buddy’.  This is a great way to meet delegates from different institutions or sectors and build your own networks.

At 18:00 GMT Wednesday 15 December, we’ll be getting into the festive spirit with a special edition of #altcWinter21 karaoke hosted by Jim Groom of Reclaim Hosting.  Either immerse yourself fully by giving your best rendition of Mariah, or dance along at home with your favourite tipple or a comforting brew.

13:00 GMT Thursday 16 December sees the #altcWinter21 Quiz of the Year! This 30 minute quiz will test all things general knowledge and give someone the opportunity to revel in the glory of winning this edition.

We close our conference with the prestigious Learning Technologist of the Year Awards! Join the showcase from 16:15 GMT to find out more about all of this year’s finalists, then tune in live to the awards ceremony from 17:00 GMT. The Learning Technologist of the Year Awards are free to attend and open to all. Register now!
