Teaching and Learning Conversations (TLC) is an open, cross-institutional collaboration to provide joint CPD opportunities for everybody teaching and/or supporting learning in Higher or Further Education.
The TLC idea was conceived by Chrissi Nerantzi when working at the University of Salford as an openly licensed bite-size CPD initiative for and by academics, and offered there as a blended model in 2011 and 2012. After joining MMU in 2013, Chrissi introduced the TLCs as a cross-institutional initiative and in 2015/16 a rotating organising group was established. In 2018 ALT joined the TLC as a collaborator.
All webinars and social media activities are open to the wider community to join and will be advertised locally at participating institutions but also via social media channels.
Visit the TLC site at https://tlcwebinars.wordpress.com/ and find out more about what's going on.
