Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your attendance at our events. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Delegate Conference Tickets

Cancellation Requests:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to conferences@alt.ac.uk.

Refunds:

Cancellations made 45 days or more before the event start date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of 10%.
Cancellations made between 44 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 29 days before the event are non-refundable.

Substitutions:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 3 working days days before the event with the new attendee’s details.

Non-Attendance:

Delegates who do not attend the event and do not provide notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Invoice Payments:

Any outstanding invoices must be paid in full, even in the event of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing

ALT may take photographs, record and/or live-stream in-person and online sessions and publish them openly. ALT may edit, reuse and publish media online via social media, the ALT website and promotional materials. If you would prefer not to be photographed or recorded, where possible, ALT will avoid using media where you are identifiable. Delegates will be discouraged but ALT cannot prevent delegates from, taking photographs or recordings and publishing them.
