Cancellation policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your attendance at our events. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to conferences@alt.ac.uk.
Refunds:
Cancellations made 45 days or more before the event start date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of 10%.
Cancellations made between 44 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 29 days before the event are non-refundable.
Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 3 working days days before the event with the new attendee’s details.
Non-Attendance: Delegates who do not attend the event and do not provide notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Invoice Payments: Any outstanding invoices must be paid in full, even in the event of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
