This session will focus on the structure of digital education teams and how individuals can develop their careers in this field. In the first half, we will explore how digital education teams are structured, in terms of types of roles, remit and locations within an institution. This is intended to be an interactive session, so participants will take part in a poll about roles/remits and be divided into small groups and share their organisational structure. In the second half, we will explore how individuals can develop their expertise/experience through qualifications and sector engagement and consider career pathways for different digital education roles.
