During the winter/spring of 2020 we were given notice that a planned move to a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) was now going to be accelerated. The notice of lockdown one (Feb' 2020) had shifted the LXP plans forward by 6 months... And so, we as a TELs Team were now facing the twin challenge of upskilling all staff to be able to deliver learning online - and prepare for the transition to a new LXP.
