A year ago we launched ALT’s Strategy 2017-2020 and since then we have made great progress putting our shared values into practice and working together to meet our aims. We reported to Members and stakeholders from across sectors in ALT’s Annual Report [PDF] and at the AGM in September. Since then much has happened and so we are are now sharing more of what we have been up to:

New ALT Strategy 2017-2020 launched

The Chair and Trustees of ALT are delighted to announce the new ALT strategy 2017-2020. This three year plan will underpin all of the organisation’s activities until 2020.

Developing a new strategy can be challenging for any organisation, particularly a membership organisation such as ALT. We need to be confident that our strategy and in turn the activities and developments the organisation focuses on, do represent the needs of our membership community.

Have your say! Last few days of the Annual Survey

It is not too late to complete the Annual Survey and give us your input. This year the survey also includes a section on the next ALT strategy for 2017-2020. This is your chance to help set priorities for the coming period. The survey is open to anyone, although it is primarily aimed at ALT members.

ALT serves and represents its members and would not be able to function without them. We are developing our new strategy for 2017-2020, and we need your input.

Join us for your open discussion on Thursday, 10 November, any time between 12.30 and 1.30 GMT. Bring your ideas, questions and suggestions, and discuss with ALT’s trustees, senior staff and other members. This event is open to all.

If you can’t make 10 November, do join us on 8 December at the same time instead.
