Our call for Committee Members for the 2025 Open Education Conference is open. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the programme and contribute to the success of the event. Being on the conference committee is a significant professional development opportunity, as well as evidence of ongoing development, which can contribute to CMALT, AdvanceHE Fellowship applications, and other certifications.
As we look ahead to the new year, ALT is working hard behind the scenes on our new strategy, which will be announced early in 2026. Alongside this, we are preparing to release our annual Call to Get Involved in January, offering Members valuable opportunities to shape the future of the Association.
Following the success of ALTC25, we’re thrilled to invite you to contribute to a vibrant online event that not only revisits the ideas and energy of the Annual Conference but it builds on them. This is your chance to extend the conversation, spark new connections, and help shape the future of digital learning.
We're excited to share that we have several trustee roles available in 2025. As set out in our constitution, some of these roles will be filled by appointment and some will be decided by elections. All successful candidates will take up their positions at the Annual General Meeting in October 2025. If you're passionate about shaping our future, this is your chance to get involved and make a difference.
Since 2021, ALT has hosted 30 CPD Webinars, with more than 40 ALT Members sharing their knowledge on key topics in learning technology. Now, we’re calling for more presenters to keep these engaging and valuable sessions going.
