As we look ahead to the new year, ALT is working hard behind the scenes on our new strategy, which will be announced early in 2026. Alongside this, we are preparing to release our annual Call to Get Involved in January, offering Members valuable opportunities to shape the future of the Association.
Taking an active part in the work of ALT ensures that our activities reflect Members’ priorities and provide meaningful opportunities for professional development and recognition. Each year, we invite Members to step forward and contribute to our events, committees, and groups, amongst other activities.
To encourage the widest representation across our diverse membership, priority will be given to Members who have not held a role in ALT’s activities during the past year. This approach helps us ensure that our governance and volunteer committees remain representative of the wider community, aligned with our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
