New MoU between ASCILITE and ALT

We are delighted to announce that we have just signed an updated Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ASCILITE. There is a long-standing collaboration between ALT and ASCILITE and in recent years we have actively worked together on initiatives including CMALT Australasia and baselining best practice Open Access journal publication. 

ILTA and ALT announce new initiative

ILTA and ALT are pleased to announce a new joint initiative to evaluate the CMALT programme in terms of personal professional development and appropriateness for the Irish TEL community. 
 
As part of this initiative we are offering 10 free places to ILTA Members to undertake CMALT and submit their portfolios for assessment by 1 February 2018. In return ILTA asks that ILTA Members wishing to participate commit to the following deliverables: 
1. That you co-author a report on your CMALT experience

This week sees the Annual Conference, #ilta2016, of the Irish Learning Technology Association. The conference brings together the Irish community and international delegates to share practice and research and celebrate the Jennifer Burke Award for Innovation in Teaching and Learning. Much of the conference is accessible online via the conference website http://ilta.ie/edtech/edtech-2016/ .
