Our 2025 pilot with submissions open throughout the year will continue until further notice.
All CMALT portfolios should now be submitted via this Google Form. This applies to all submission types, including first submissions, renewals and referrals. You will be able to indicate which submission type via the form.
Submit Your Portfolio
How to submit
- Prepare your portfolio
Ensure all required sections are complete. Please refer to the guidance documentation for your chosen pathway:
- Associate CMALT Guidelines PDF or Google doc (July 2019)
- CMALT Guidelines PDF or Google doc (July 2019)
- Senior CMALT Guidelines PDF or Google doc (July 2019)
Before you submit your CMALT portfolio, please take a few minutes to check it carefully. By reviewing your portfolio against the checklist and making sure everything is accessible, you’ll help speed up the assessment process and avoid delays.
- Complete the submission form
Open the CMALT Submission Form and provide your details, selecting the relevant submission type alongside a link to your portfolio.
If you don't have a URL to your portfolio, for example, if it is in Word or some other format, you can send it to us as an attachment (max 25MB).
When submitting your portfolio, it should either be a single file or a zipped collection of files (for instance, to include evidence). As many email systems block large attachments, this should not exceed 10Mb. Please be aware that assessors may not have access to specialist tools, and it is therefore best to avoid proprietary formats.
What Happens Next
- Once you have submitted your portfolio via the Google Form, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt.
- Your portfolio will then go through an initial assessment, making sure all sections are included and that links work, etc.
- If no issues arise, your portfolio will then be allocated to two independent assessors who will review it against the CMALT criteria for your chosen pathway.
