The Coffee Break launched in March, when we noticed that many ALT members engaging in our JiscMail lists were hitting blockers when trying to introduce new ways of working or different technologies. Members reported challenges around engagement of colleagues, making the case for change and securing senior level buy-in. And so the idea for the Coffee Break was born.
