We’re delighted to announce the launch of the Online Programmes Special Interest Group (SIG).
The CoOL (Copyright and Online Learning) SIG was established in November 2020. The group will focus on copyright issues associated with online learning, digital education, and learning technology. It will also consider broader copyright issuesassociated with access to information.
ALT ELESIG is a community of researchers and practitioners involved in investigations of learners’ experiences and uses of technology in learning across all education sectors. ELESIG, formerly the Evaluating Learners Experiences of e-learning Special Interest Group, was established in 2008 to advocate for the theory and practice of researching learners’ experience in the context of technology enhanced learning/e-learning. ELESIG became a special interest group of ALT in 2019.
The second Playful Learning conference, based at Manchester Metropolitan University and organised in conjunction with the ALT Playful Learning SIG (formerly Games and Learning SIG), will be running from 12 to 14 July 2017. Playful Learning is pitched at the intersection of learning and play for adults.
