ALT Conference

The ALT Conference

ALT-C is the UK's main conference for learning technologists and one the the largest conferences of its kind. It is held over three days every September, and it provides a valuable and practical forum for practitioners, researchers, managers and policy-makers from education and industry to solve problems, explore, reflect, influence and learn.

ALT-C 2012: A confrontation with reality will be held at the University of Manchester, UK, 11 - 13 September 2012.

Previous conferences

ALT has organised an annual academic conference since 1994. Until 2004 a different UK university or pair/group of universities ran each conference under a contract with ALT. From 2004 onwards ALT has been taking full responsibility for its conference.
