AmplifyFE Sector Audit Report 2021

The annual sector audit is a key part of the work AmplifyFE do to support the sector. The first sector audit published in July 2020 was widely welcomed and actively used across the sector. 

The initial audit identified close to 100 Communities of Practice (CoP) in total. The CoPs we audited include online community groups and networks around a common theme or interest set up by sector bodies and technology companies as well as independent groups run by individuals or groups of practitioners.

A new report mapping a child’s digital footprint in the state education landscape in England has just been published. The report, maps children’s digital footprint across the education landscape age 0-19 including the transition year into Higher Education. It argues that core national education infrastructure delivered by the private sector must be put on the national risk register as its fragility has been demonstrated in the COVID-19 crisis and rush to remote learning.
