Season's Greetings from ALT [1]
Season's Greetings to all our Members and everyone active in the community from ALT's Trustees and staff. ALT will be closed be closed 25 December - 1 January and we are back from 2 January 2020.
Looking back at what we've achieved
We invite you to look back at a successful year through ALT's Impact Report 2017-2020. Access the full report as a PDF [2] or Google doc [3] and visit the report homepage [4].
Help shape what's ahead
We also encourage you to make your voice heard and help us shape what's next by completing ALT's Annual Survey.
The survey has now been run annually since 2014 and a number of questions around priority areas have remained unchanged providing an insight into how Learning Technology is used across sectors as well as identifying emerging trends in current a future practice.
This survey provides important insight into how our profession is developing and how our Members are progressing and developing in their professional practice.
Who should complete this survey?
If you are a Member of ALT we encourage you strongly to complete the survey yourself, even if you work for a member organisation. Representatives of member organisations are welcome to complete the survey once on an individual basis and also on behalf of their organisation.
While this Annual Survey is primarily aimed at ALT Members it is open to anyone to complete.
What happens to the data we collect?
Results of the survey are openly published each year in spring. The survey forms the basis of important strategic insights for Members, and this past year we have expanded reporting from the survey to include a new gender perspective on professional practice in Learning Technology. Both the ALT Annual Survey and anonymised survey responses are shared openly in the ALT Repository [5].
