ALT may take photographs, record and/or live-stream in-person and online sessions and publish them openly. ALT may edit, reuse and publish media online via social media, the ALT website and promotional materials. If you would prefer not to be photographed or recorded, where possible, ALT will avoid using media where you are identifiable. Delegates will be discouraged but ALT cannot prevent delegates from, taking photographs or recordings and publishing them.

Cancellations

Cancellations made in writing on or before 26 July 2024 will be eligible for a full refund minus a £25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 26 July 2024 will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed if made in writing, (contact us) before 16 August 2024.
