ALT is celebrating 25 years this year and the Annual Conference is in Manchester, 11-13 September (https://altc.alt.ac.uk/2018/registration/). There is still time to register to attend, but for Northern Ireland members who are unable to attend in person, we are hosting virtual sessions in Belfast in a similar vein to last year; one day at Ulster University and one day at Queen’s University.

We will be meeting around 8.30/9.00am each day to register, make introductions and get some ideas of what people would like to gain from the day. Then we will link in with the conference live stream from Manchester (note all live streamed talks have the YouTube icon on the programme). Based on last year’s feedback we will be finishing up just after lunch to allow people to get back to their desks for the afternoon.
