 given notice that a planned move to a new Learning
  Experience Platform (LXP) was now going to be acc
 elerated. The notice of lockdown one (Feb&#39\; 20
 20) had shifted the LXP plans forward by 6 months.
 .. And so\, we as a TELs Team were now facing the 
 twin challenge of upskilling all staff to be able 
 to deliver learning online - and prepare for the t
 ransition to a new LXP. My story charts this frene
 tic journey during the summer terms of 2020 - and
