The survey's purpose is to help us improve our services and to better understand the needs of our community.
The last survey in 2009/10 significantly contributed to the development of the ALT website, which was re-launched in 2011. This time around we are looking to make further improvements to our services across the board and also develop our use of social media, open publishing and online events.

We have tested it and are confident that it should take around 15 minutes to complete, less if you are not a member of ALT. The survey is open to members and non-members alike.

The deadline for completing the survey has been extended to the 31 January 2013. Key results will be published via the ALT website in 2013.
