Registering for the Conference

ALT's online booking system is now closed

The 19 August deadline for bookings for ALT-C 2010 has now passed and the on-line booking system is no longer accessible.

20 August 2010. Should you need to make a late booking, please contact Hayley Maisey, ALT's Head of Operations and Events in the first instance.

ALT's Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made in writing on or before Friday, 6 August 2010 will be eligible for a full refund minus a £50 cancellation charge. Cancellations made after Friday, 6 August 2010 will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowable if made in writing (either by email events@alt.ac.uk or by faxing your request to +44 (0) 1865 484165) before Friday, 20 August 2010.

NB. 13 August: The Conference Gala Dinner is now fully booked. Should you wish to be added to a waiting list for this social event, please email Naomi Courtenay, ALT's Administration Officer (Membership and Events), in the first instance. (Places may only become available on the day of the event.)
