Where is the nearest train station?Nottingham station is the principal railway station in the city of Nottingham and the Greater Nottingham area. It is served by East Midlands Trains, Cross Country and an hourly Northern service. There is step free access to the whole station, and the minimum interchange time is 8 minutes. The station is located on Carrington Street, and is next to the current terminus for the Trams on Station Street. It is also a short walk to Broadmarsh Bus Station and Broadmarsh Centre. The station is served by lots of bus services, stopping outside on Carrington Street, and has a footbridge from the platforms, over Station Street to Station Street Tramstop. Will there be any transport organised by ALT from the station or airport to the University of Nottingham?Nottingham has good public transport links, so we will not be providing this service. Are there any parking facilities?Car parking is free of charge at the East Midlands Conference Centre. All delegates must use the 'Main visitors' car park situated to the right of the main avenue into the campus. Delegates are advised to not leave any valuables in their car at any time.
