Registering for the Conference

ALT's online booking system is now closed.

The 14 August deadline for bookings for ALT-C 2009 is now passed and the on-line booking system is no longer accessible.

19 August 2009. ALT-C is fully booked, and bookings are no longer being accepted. The conference team is now entirely focused on conference logistics. In case of real difficulty, email seb.schmoller@alt.ac.uk.

Cancellations made in writing on or before Friday, 7 August 2009 will be eligible for a full refund minus a £50 cancellation charge. Cancellations made after Friday, 7 August 2009 will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowable if made in writing (either by email events@alt.ac.uk or by faxing your request to +44 (0) 1865 484165) before Friday, 21 August 2009.

NB. 2 July: Accommodation at University Place is now fully booked. Rooms are still availlable in Weston Halls.

NB. 27 July: The Conference Gala Dinner is now fully booked. Should you wish to be added to a waiting list for this social event, please email Vicki Watson, ALT's Administration Officer (Membership and Events), in the first instance. (Places may only become available on the day of the event.)
