Accommodation Options

Accommodation will be available in the student halls of residence next to University Place, the conference venue, or at Weston Halls, ~10 minutes distance from the conference.

NB. 2 July: Accommodation at University Place is now fully booked. Rooms are still availlable in Weston Halls.

You can book at the same time as registering your place at the conference. Bed and breakfast on campus costs are £40 per night per person. Accommodation is available on a first come first serve basis and is limited.

If you are interested in staying in Halls we strongly recommend that you book accommodation at the same time as registering for your place at the conference. However, if after you have booked to attend the conference you later decide that you would like to stay in Halls, we will do our best to help; but we cannot guarantee that accommodation will be available.

Off-campus accommodation in Manchester

If you prefer to stay off-campus, ALT has arranged a varied selection of hotel accommodation. This is separate from the ALT Conference registration service. We strongly recommend that you book hotel accommodation as early as possible, as hotel rooms book up very quickly during the conference season.
