Presenters booking deadline: 8 June 2008
Earlybird booking deadline: 30 June 2008
Booking deadline: extended to Friday, 22 August 2008 at 12 noon (BST)

Cancellations made in writing on or before Friday, 8 August 2008 were eligible for a full refund minus a £50 cancellation charge. Cancellations made after Friday, 8 August 2008 did not receive a refund. Substitutions were allowable if made in writing (either by email events@alt.ac.uk or by faxing your request to +44 (0) 1865 484165) before Friday, 22 August 2008.
