Booking and Paying for Accommodation

University accommodation

Accommodation was available in the student halls of the University of Leeds. This could have been booked at the same time as registration. Bed and breakfast on campus costed £55 per night. ALT arranged with the University for each bedroom to be provided with ensuite bathroom facilities, rather than the use of a shared bathroom as would normally be the case. In addition residents also had the use of a shared kitchen. Halls were located less than 10 minutes walk from the conference, 10 minutes walk for the shops and cafes of Hyde Park Corner, and are only a 10 minute bus ride to Leeds City Centre.

Off-campus accommodation in Leeds

ALT arranged a varied selection of hotel accommodation through Travelocity Business. This was separate from the ALT Conference registration service.
