Sponsoring ALT-CMajor sponsorshipWe announced the names of our our major anchor sponsors at the end of March, but will be accepting further sponsorship proposals until the end of June 2006. Below you will find details of the costs and benefits of sponsoring ALT-C. EntitlementsAll major sponsors will have the following entitlements including:
A limited number of sponsored presentation slots have been reserved on the ALT-C Programme. Once sponsorship has been agreed we will be looking to arrange for some major sponsors to be associated with a particular aspect of the conference. For example: for our 2003 conference in Sheffield one organisation put their brand on 'ALT Peculiar', the 10th anniversary beer which was created specially for us by a Sheffield brewery; for our 2004 conference in Exeter one organisation sponsored the 'internet cafe', whilst another sponsored the opening conference reception; for our 2005 conference our host venue sponsored the wireless network. CostsMajor sponsorship costs £5,700, with existing corporate/sponsoring members, listed on the ALT home page, entitled to a discount, bringing the cost down to £4,700. Arranging major sponsorshipPlease use this fax-back form [50 kB PDF] to contact us, or email Seb Schmoller, ALT Executive Secretary. If you would like us to send you an anonymised breakdown of attendance at our 2005 conference by role and sector, we can supply this. Other sponsorshipOrganisations wishing to support ALT-C on a smaller scale can do so by negotiation with ALT. Please use the fax-back form [50 kB PDF] to contact us, or email Rhonda Riachi, ALT Director. |
