Accommodation options

Please Note: Bookings have now closed for ALT-C 2005 and accommodation. The deadline for bookings was 12th August 2005.

University accommodation

You will be able to book University accommodation with the University of Manchester, as part of the conference registration process. The options available is:

Single Ensuite (Halls) - £40 single rate per night;

The following accommodation is no longer available as it is fully booked:
Single Ensuite (Weston Conference Centre Hotel) - £67 single rate per night;
Double Ensuite (Weston Conference Centre Hotel) - £80 double rate per night.

Please note: As the Weston Conference Centre Hotel is now fully booked for any delegates wanting hotel accommodation, as an alternative, please refer to the section below with regard to booking off-campus accommodation. However, single ensuite rooms in Halls are still available.

We strongly recommend that University hall accommodation is booked at the same time as registering for your place at the conference. Fees must be paid with registration otherwise hall accommodation cannot be reserved for you.

Off-campus accommodation

If you prefer to stay off-campus, a varied selection of hotel accommodation has been arranged by ALT through First Option and is available nearby, at preferential rates. This is separate from the ALT Conference registration service. We strongly recommend that this type of accommodation is booked after your place at the conference has been confirmed.
