The Learning Development and Media Unit at the University of Sheffield undertook an interactive survey about e-learning at ALT-C 2003 inviting conference delegates to share their perceptions, reflections and visions about the past, present and future of e-learning at four interactive technology stations.

The aim of this survey was to capture the spirit of the 10th anniversary of ALT-C with its focus on 'Communities of Practice' and to share perceptions of e-learning at this historic point in time.

This website collates the multi-facetted responses given by the conference delegates during the conference. The 'Highlights' page displays a few of the most interesting and original responses given. The 'Full Survey Data' page makes all the data collected during the conference available to those wishing to browse the complete data set in more detail. Various search options are possible.
